The ferrari should make a model to people who isn't technology fans.
Put as a limited edition and thats it, you have the perfect soluction for the purists.

In past years Ferrari & Lamborghini had something like that. For example Gallardo was offered with Manual, but sales were poor.

Nowadays super cars are just too quick/powerful to be fully controlled by driver (for example try to imagine manual gear shifting RWD vehicle with 740 hp without vehicle stability programs).

But they should let go this race for hp.
Make something like a exige, not the fastest but everybody loves to drive cause its funny.
Back to the F40 good times.
this is what i mean.

Or people could buy an F40 or Daytona instead of the new stuff :)

But would be nice to see a new Ferrari with the old soul.

Seriously?

Cant you just buy an m5 if that is what you want then?

It is supposed to be for the fun with all the practicality.

The question isnt just about a car for fun.
its about ferrari loosing the soul with the new releases.
I i'm not wrong the last Fcar that manual gearbox was an option was the F430, this is very sad.

its not Ferrari losing its soul, rather Ferrari designing cars that are game changers. plan and simple, I and most, are not buying the pinnacle of automotive performance, only for it to be dummy-downed so that we can appeal to those few who want a manual. and yes, I said it because there are so many that whine and whine for a manual but its obvious amongst sales even when there was a manual, that the F1 was the buyers choice. Lamborghini has followed suit and Porsche will eventually.

if it weren't for Ferrari's technology and gearbox, a novice such as myself could not handle 740 hp and neither could you. think about it, its close to what a real F1 car produces!
