Back To The 50's car show pics
I finally made it out to Back To The 50's with my dad. I took him to the show for Father's Day since he's always gone in the past but I'd never been able to go. Back To The 50's is one of the largest car shows in the country and this year, there were nearly 12,000 cars at the show, most of which were built prior to 1960. Sunday turned out to be rainy so the crowd was thinner than normal, and there were probably only about 10,000 cars there
We arrived at the show around 10am and left at about 2pm because of the weather. I didn't take a whole ton of pics because, quite frankly, there was just too much to see to document it all. Anyway, here are some of my shots:

This thing was just incredible! Notice the front-mounted supercharger like on the old Blower Bentleys:

Every piece was meticulously custom made:

Notice the sheetmetal upper A-arms and pushrod suspension tucked neatly in front of the engine:

Another view from the front:

Sick interior in a street rod built by Rad Rods by Troy:

Cool gauge cluster:

I almost forgot about this but I went to this show last year! I was very impressed at the vehicle turnout!
Here are some pictures from last year:

Those are some great cars! I have a customer that has a 1941 Chevy Custom Delux that he is thinking about updating the restomod on it. He is deciding between Red and Hugger Orange. When we get it (done) I'll post some pics.
