So, B8 S4 still upshifts at redline?
Been reading up on the B8 S4 since a friend is considering the car and is interested in the DSG, er, S Tronic.
From what I was able to find on Audi forums, it looks like Audi still won't let you bounce off the rev limiter like with BMW's DCT/SMG in any gear in manual mode and instead will auto upshift just like that rental A3 I had?
I thought I read that this issue was fixed? With this feature, autox can be very interesting since a lot of course are 1st and 2nd only.

I am sure. But he's deciding between M3 DCT and B8, and I think this will put the M3 DCT in the front running.

Still need to fix this, the guy can't drive stick shift, and my E30 is down at the moment so can't teach him on that.
