For mount/balance, I'd recommend either Five Points Tire in RWC or Wheels America in Hayward. I've had nothing but great experiences with both shops. Unfortunately, the same can't be said for shops in San Francisco proper.

Checkout Streetwerke in palo alto for suspension. Darren and Jason are top notch audi guys and their shop is super clean. Spent many hours talking to them about B5S4's when I was shopping for one few years ago, but its been awhile since ive been down there so im not sure if they mount tires these days.
