New MacBook Air... what you guys think?

I've always liked the MB Air, but never bought one. I think it would make a great laptop for sitting on the couch and traveling.

The new version is thinner, lighter, faster and cheaper.

Anybody have one?

Had the old one. Hated it. Too thin - overheated all the time.

new one...love it, except no backlit keyboard makes the easter bunny and santa claus cry.

I got one, have Mac and Windows 7 running on it. Love it so far, really fast, light, no heat issues with mine...

No backlit keyboard? That might be a dealbreaker for me.

Have the new one. Like it. Love my MBP more. I'm sure I'll get used to it over time, but just doesn't feel as solid, keyboard not quite there, etc. But for carrying, it's awesome.

battery life, speed, and no heat like the first gen

richieporter is an unknown quantity at this point
At what point does small become fragile? I don't have a lot of experience with one, but I feel like I'd be worried about breaking it.
