Will get 997.2 TT tomorrow!
I drove m3, boxster, 993 c4s, 997 c4s and then R8 and finally moved to Italian cars.
F430 and LP640.
Last month I spun LP and hit the small wall.
It was 90 degree left hander and I was confident I could make it with my speed at the time but WRONG!!!! Stupid me...
Front bumper cracked and washer tank broke and head light gone.
Ouch...
It is true once LP let go, there is nothing to do but wait and pray.
Since it is about time that next gen LP on the way in a year or two, I wanted to try P cars again.
After LP, F430 seems to me it has less soul and speed and drama.
I could have gone to 458 but I hate when F car is in service for several month.
LP on the other hand has been bullet proof.
So, while I can keep F430 and do nothing, instead I figure this time I will try something I have dreamed of for many years-911 Turbo.
Never driven Turbo cars, always NA. Part of reason is that during my P car days, I always fell short of money to buy TT, and when I made it, I was good enough to go for F car.
I might keep F430 for sound factor but if someone with right price showes up I will sell it.
Anyway, the moment I saw this car on the internet, I knew I want one.
Went to dealership and found the exact car is still on the floor.
Full payment cash and car is being tinted as I worte this. Need some wait time before tint is settled. Tomorrow by lunch, I will go pick it up.
