Not sure about the email but for the address book you can use the following steps or try the desktop device software from here (BlackBerry - PDA Software Downloads - Support & Services at BlackBerry.com)
To import your Outlook address book to your BlackBerry Internet Service address book, complete the following:

- First, export the Outlook Address Book to a CSV File
- In Outlook, from the File menu, select Import and Export.
The Import and Export Wizard is displayed. - Select Export to a file, then click Next.
- Select Comma Separated Values (Windows), then click Next.
If a message window appears asking you to install the Import/Export engine, you might need the Microsoft Office CD to complete this task. - In the Export to a File window, select the Contacts folder that contains your address book.
- Click Next, then click Browse.
- In the Browse window, choose a location where you want to save the CSV file.
- In the File name field, type a file name with a .csv extension, then click OK.
- Click Next > Finished.
The CSV file is created.
- In Outlook, from the File menu, select Import and Export.
- Once you’ve completed the preceding steps, import the CSV File into BlackBerry Internet Service.
- Connect to the BlackBerry Internet Service web site and log in to your BlackBerry account.
- Click the Address Book link.
- On the navigation bar, click Import.
- Click Browse.
- In the Choose File window, browse to the location where you saved the CSV file.
- Select the CSV file and click Open.
- Click Add.
Your Outlook address book contacts appear in your BlackBerry Internet Service address book.
