Porsche Expansion Comes to Forza Motorsport 6
Porsche fans with Xbox One consoles need to be jumping for joy right about now. After bringing our favorite German brand back to the Forza series with Forza Horizon 2, the team at Turn 10 have finally created a new expansion filled with Stuttgart goodness for Forza Motorsport 6. The new FM6 Porsche Expansion brings 21 cars from Porsche’s storied history, and also includes Virginia International Raceway as a new track.
This is more than just a simple garage full of cars and a new slab of asphalt to race on. Turn 10 has created a full campaign for the new Porsche Expansion, which takes you through every new car, one by one, as you trace the historic lineage of the brand. Each new car is presented in glorious detail as a historic racer provides fully voiced commentary about the new machine you are about to pilot. Some of the voices include names like Hurley Haywood and Patrick Long.
The pack carries a price tag of $20, but considering the sheer amount of content present here, we think it’s worth every penny. I’m currently working on recording every voiceover and overview of each new Porsche, so check back in a week or two to watch a supercut of each car in the pack.
