Hand-crafted centerlock wheels actually enhance the looks of what was already an essentially perfect Porsche.

When it comes to cars like the Porsche 991.2 GT3, it’s simply hard to improve upon perfection. These raw track weapons offer up the ultimate in purist driving enjoyment, bar none. But as we’ve learned time and time again in the past, you can always improve upon anything – even perfection. And this gorgeous Chalk Porsche certainly proves that all over again thanks to a killer wheel upgrade courtesy of the folks at Wheel Experts. They also offered up all the info and some gorgeous pics of the results in this Team Speed forum thread.

“Modulare Wheels is proud to announce the release of the Modulare B37CL Forged Monoblock Wheel which is made exclusively for Centerlock vehicle applications. For the debut, we equipped this awesome Chalk 2018 991.2 GT3 with a set of the new B37CLs finished in Satin Black. They measure in at 20×9 front and 20×12 rear. They’re fitted to the OEM Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 rubber in sizes 245/35/20 front and 305/30/20 rear.

The Modulare B37CL is now available for order in 19″, 20″, 21″, and 22″ diameters for most modern centerlocking vehicle applications. This includes the Porsche GT3 and GT3RS, and the Lamborghini Huracan Performante and Aventador SV.”

That, friends, is music to the ears of anyone with a centerlock wheel setup. And honestly, these wheels also provide a massive visual upgrade over the stock pieces on this Porsche. On top of that, Modulare makes all their wheels right here in the U.S. Tailoring each one to their customer’s unique specifications. That means you get perfect fit and finish no matter what car you’re attaching them to.

Fitment is something that Modulare takes seriously, too. They’ve honed those skills over their 48 years in business, so they’re able to dial in any car/wheel combo. They’re also able to impressively tweak any design to fit specific brake and suspension upgrades, and even widebody conversions. Those wheels are then honed from T6-6061 aerospace grade forged aluminum to optimize strength and lightness.
