Porsche 918 Spyder Laps The Nürburgring In a whopping 7 minutes, 14 seconds

We’ve seen and heard the 918 tackle the ring in our previous spy reports but today we get confirmation on just how fast the 918 spyder really is around the ring. When Porsche revealed the car in vintage Martini Racing livery a few months ago, they confirmed that engineers are seeking a lap time at the Nürburgring-Nordschleife of less than 7:22. Well lets say they did quote a bit better then they hope for with a 7:14 time.
