Lotus Evora S Vs. Porsche Cayman S

When you think about today’s best mid-engine, rear-wheel-drive sports cars, two players come to mind right away – the Lotus Evora and the Porsche Cayman. The new Cayman S is maybe the finest-handling Porsche to date, but how does it stack up against the beefed-up Evora on the track?

In the video below, the british publication AutoExpress pit the two rivals against each other in a head-to-head track battle, and comes away with the conclusion that the clear winner is the Porsche. Yes you did read that correctly, the British magazine chose a German over it’s own kind.

The icing on the cake? The Cayman S is more than $10,000 cheaper than its British rival.
