As far as hallmarks go, the Long Beach Grand Prix is one of America’s most iconic races and destinations. Sprawled out in the city streets just south of Los Angeles, Long Beach has hosted Formula 1, CART, IndyCar, and dozens of other racing series that muscle their way through the concrete canyons surrounding Ocean Boulevard.
