British Supermodel Jodie Kidd Narrates Her Journey Through the Mille Miglia

What happens when you take British supermodel Jodie Kidd, her betrothed, a vintage jag, and set them loose on the Italian landscape for four days of the Mille Miglia? You get one awesome video chronicling the event and what it takes to drive a classic car one-thousand miles in a world-famous race.
The original Mille Miglia was held 24 times between 1927 and 1957 and eventually was banned in the late 1950s due to fatalities and increased dangers, as the race took place on public roads. In total, more than 50 participants and spectators lost their lives during the race from Brescia to Rome and back. Today the Mille Miglia is a time-speed distance rally, and thus has becomes much safer than the races of yesteryear.
Check out Jodie’s journey through Mille Miglia in the clip below, which was filmed for the UK’s The Classic Car Show. Then let us know what you think would be the perfect car for the journey.
