Checkered Flag Limited Edition Gives Jaguar E-Pace a Sporty Boost

Loaded with smart tech, premium amenities, and dynamic styling, this E-Pace is sleek and luxurious inside and out. 

Jaguar has released a E-Pace Checkered Flag Limited Edition model for the 2020 model year in North America. With premium design touches and an expanded list of cool standard features, the E-Pace Checkered Flag Limited Edition builds on the agility, precision and performance we expect from Jaguar.

Checkered Flag Limited Edition models have already debuted for the 2020 Jaguar F-Type sports car and the 2020 Jaguar F-Pace performance SUV model lineups. Now, the E-Pace joins in the fun.

Checkered Flag Limited Edition Features

The distinctive exterior features of the E-Pace Checkered Flag Limited Edition include R-Dynamic body-colored front and rear bumpers, twin tailpipes, LED headlights with signature J-blade daytime running lights,as well as a Black Exterior Pack. Of course the badging is impressive, and includes “Checkered Flag” exterior side badging. Other upgrades include 19-inch Satin Dark Grey wheels, a powered tailgate, and keyless entry.

The E-Pace Checkered Flag Limited Edition is available in three colors: Photon Red (which is exclusive to this model), Corris Grey, and Yulong White.

Checkered Flag branded treadplates and an Ebony Grained Leather interior with red stitching, add to the already top-shelf appeal. A long list of standard features are included in the Checkered Flag, including 10-way heated front seats, a fixed panoramic roof, and a 12.3-inch TFT Interactive Driver Display, R-Dynamic branded Soft Grain Leather Sport steering wheel, black gearshift paddles, and an Ebony Morzine headliner.

Of course, performance is still all Jaguar, with the brand’s 246 HP 2.0-liter turbocharged inline four-cylinder gasoline engine with AWD powering the E-Pace.

Interior and Tech

All E-Pace models, including the Checkered Flag Limited Edition are available with Smart Settings, which includes automatically adjusting the seat, climate, and infotainment based on individual preferences–the car recognizes each driver by their key fob or Bluetooth. Adaptive Dynamics offers improved handling response, body control, and ride quality. The system monitors vehicle movements every two milliseconds and calculate the required damping force every 10 milliseconds, allowing the vehicle to respond instantly to driver inputs and road surface changes, providing greater control and assisting in minimizing body roll.

Connectivity includes the standardization of Apple CarPlay and Android Auto across the entire 2020 E-Pace model lineup. Owners can also personalize their E-Pace with a comprehensive range of Jaguar accessories and several popular versatility and practicality features, in addition to new Pet Packs, introduced to ensure pets can travel safely and in comfort.
