Immaculate Porsche Carrera GT Is Barely Broken in with 882 Miles

The Porsche Carrera GT is the last in a long line of pure yet brutal supercars. And you won’t find any nicer than this one.

Porsche has built some pretty amazing vehicles in its illustrious 70-year history. But in the last couple of decades, few match up to the Porsche Carrera GT. Powered by a screaming 5.7-liter V10 producing 603 hp, this is a car unlike any we’ll likely ever see again. After all, hypercars have become drunk on the hybrid Kool-Aid, which isn’t necessarily a bad thing. But when you hear a Porsche Carrera GT belt out its incredible 10-cylinder soundtrack, it’s intoxicating, to say the least. And if that’s your kind of bag, this incredible 882-mile example up for grabs at Algar Ferrari of Philadelphia is as close as you’ll ever get to a new one.

More than just your average car dealer, Algar is also an avid buyer/seller/consignor of rare and exotic automobiles. So it’s no surprise that their inventory is chock full of incredible rides like this Porsche Carrera GT. But we found ourselves stricken by this particular ride. A car whose performance still holds up to the very best of today’s supercar offerings, a full 13 years later. And it does all that without the aid of things like electric motors. Or, more famously, any sort of electronic stability control.

That latter fact has given the Porsche Carrera GT a bit of a reputation in recent years. But for us, it just adds to the car’s appealing character. After all, there was a time when supercars demanded respect. You had to learn how to drive them, building skill over the course of time. And the Carrera GT was a machine that hearkened back to those glory days of supercars. And that makes it perhaps the last of its breed.

Thus, we hope that the new owner of this stunning example from Algar Ferrari of Philadelphia respects the car for what it is. And that’s one of the most nicely preserved Carrera GTs we’ve ever laid eyes on! Check out the
