IAA 2011: Bentley Continental GTC

Last year Bentley launched the second generation Continental GT at the Paris Motor Show. Now, a year later, the all-new GTC has been unveiled at Frankfurt.

It’s undergone a similar, subtle change to the GT. The rear track is wider, as is the front, the steering and suspension has been retuned for better handling. Which is a bonus considering the power has been increased to 575hp…The automatic gearbox is now faster, too.

Convertibles tend to be rather noisy with the hood up, not the case with the GTC – acoustic glass and underbody panels compliment the multi-layered roof and keep things silent. It’ll be on sale later this year, with prices starting at $212,800.
