First Production 2014 Corvette Stingray Convertible Fetches $1 Million

Barret Jackson’s Palm beach auction saw the hammer drop yesterday at the $1 Million mark for the rights to purchase the first 2014 production Corvette Stingray Convertible. No stranger to being the winning bidder for these types of auctions, NASCAR team owner and founder of the Hendrick Automotive Group, Rick Hendrick was the winner, just as he was a few months prior winning the rights to buy the first production C7 Stingray Coupe.
