Ferrari F12 Owner Plays Supercar ‘Oregon Trail’ and Loses

One of the most treacherous moments of being a kid was sitting in the computer lab, looking at the Oregon Trail screen with three options in front of you: attempt to ford the river, caulk wagon and float it across, or wait to see if conditions improve. It was a decision that meant life or death. And by death, I mean, exiting and playing Math Blaster instead. This Ferrari owner and his supercar-owning friends, however, probably could have actually died during this stunt.

A group of people in China took supercars like Maseratis, Lamborghinis, and Ferraris into the Himalayas on a highway that some people consider one of the worst in the world. Not because of the views (those are amazing), just because of the conditions you have to drive through.

This short clip shows an F12 crossing a rocky river, and guess what!? It pops a tire and destroys a rim. Surprise. It later shows the F12 trying to maneuver around the uneven dirt paths, and the Maseratis parked in snowy conditions. To be fair, these people probably own these cars, so they can do what they choose with them. It’s just not… not exactly how we would treat them though.
