Bentley Tees Off with Brand-new Performance Gold Clubs
Multi-material technology combines with timeless styling inspired by Bentley vehicles to create one epic set of clubs.
When you own something as prestigious, luxurious, and stunningly beautiful as a new Bentley, you couldn’t possibly settle for some normal set of golf clubs to adorn its trunk. No, you need a matching set. One that’s as bespoke as the car that carries you to the local links on a regular basis. Bentley obviously knows this, which is why they already offer their own fully array of gear. And now, the automaker is gearing up for Spring with an all new collection of high-performance Bentley Tech Collection clubs for the discerning golfer.
Even better, the beautiful clubs were inspired by the design of the Continental GT. Which means they’ll go perfectly with your personal ride. Motifs from the new model appear on the club grips and faces in the form of Bentley’s distinctive knurling. The crown and sole of the woods mimic the iconic styling-line of the car’s haunches. You’ll also undoubtedly notice Bentley’s modern ‘B’ screws. As well as the wood heads and grip ends featuring replicas of the unique wheel center from the Le Mans-winning EXP Speed 8.
“The design of the Tech Collection pulls inspiration from the brand’s past, present and future,” said Bentley designer Chris Cooke. “These elements come together to create a range that reflects Bentley’s philosophy of unrivaled design and exceptional craftsmanship.” Styling is obviously important in all facets of life. But serious golfers are also very much concerned with performance.
Luckily, Bentley has you covered there as well. The Tech Collection utilizes multi-material technology and ballistic capability to maximize performance. The irons feature titanium faces and carbon-fiber backs, designed to deliver both power and versatility. Both wedge options sport CNC-milled face grooves and back cavities, along with a rounded sole. The putter combines high-density steel, super-soft aluminium, and carbon-fiber detailing to support off-center strikes. And help even less experienced players sink that tough shot.
Bentley Golf has only been around since 2016. But they’ve already gained a pretty solid reputation for producing some beautiful and useful kit. Their latest and greatest, the Tech Collection clubs, go on sale this Spring and can be purchased by heading over here.
