If you’ve ever bought a vehicle with the intention of restoring it, you know that many, many surprises spring up along the long road to recovery. Whether it’s foreseeable repairs, or completely unexpected findings — vehicle, but especially Porsche restorations, can be quite intense.
Larry Kosilla owns AMMO, a car cleaning and detailing products company. When he bought the Porsche 964 featured in this video, he knew he’d be in for a ride. What he didn’t know was that the 964 would be rusted through and through. This five-minute time-lapse video posted by AMMO NYC  shows that rust was found under the fenders, hood, rear end, etc.

Kosilla claims that over five months and 750 man hours were spent bringing this bad boy back to life. We think it was time and money well spent, because this Porsche looks stunning. The exterior black paint, the interior, the old-school gold wheels — it’s the entire package.
