The refreshed TT RS Coupe includes redesigned front and rear fascia, new technology, and more power.

The 2019 Audi TT RS Coupe will be making its anticipated debut at the upcoming New York International Auto Show, running from April 19 to 28. Audi the carmaker gave us a teaser of what to expect from the sporty top of the TT model line. The RR RS offers a plethora of technology options, a hot and dynamic appearance, and more of the high-speed and deft performance we’ve come to expect.

Under the hood, the 2.5-liter TFSI engine delivers the distinctive five-cylinder sound that is unmistakably Audi, reminiscent of the original turbocharged five-cylinder, the Ur-quattro. Producing 394 horsepower and 354 lb-ft of torque, hitting 0-60 mph in 3.6 seconds.

A seven-speed S tronic dual-clutch transmission provides outstanding performance and acceleration. Additionally, the S tronic transmission includes a launch control program that gives an increased level of acceleration through precise engine speed and an automated clutch release. Standard quattro permanent all-wheel drive has the ability to send nearly 100 percent of available torque to the rear wheels, and a traction control system, specifically calibrated for the TT RS, manages distribution for optimal acceleration with minimal slip.

Now there are seven exterior colors available, including three new choices for 2019: Turbo Blue, Tango Red metallic, and Kyalami Green. LED headlights, taillights, and daytime running lights are standard on the TT RS. The OLED (organic light-emitting diode) rear taillights add a sharp 3D design.
