MeisterSinger Perigraph PVD

I just picked up this MeisterSinger Perigraph PVD. Overall I think this is a great looking and feeling watch. Classy and different for sure. I wanted a IWC Port Auto, but decided I should find something I like that is on a less expensive side for now, the IWC will have to wait until later in the year.

The strap isn't doing it for me, so I need to figure out what size strap to get and order a different one.

I love this quote from the web site and I already feel like it is true. When I need to know the exact time I have many options, but for a general idea of the time it is great!

"A second hand just points to how fast the minutes go by. So who needs it? Look at the big picture instead: hours and days. The delicate calendar ring effortlessly keeps you up to date."

MeisterSinger: Detail_en

I found it in a Watch Buyers guide that Dana posted before Christmas and noticed it was featured in this thread as well.

I bought it from a Swiss dealer for a great deal and it took about 3 weeks to get here after I placed my order.

More pics to follow when I go to my old house and pick up my camera gear.

I fell in love with these ever since I walked into a German watch store and saw one. They are huge and the white faced ones remind me of IWC for sure.

I like the idea of the single hand but is it actually that functional? Do you ever have to think for a second as to what the time actually is?

Yes you do have to think about the time. Thats what makes it great, it just means you look at your watch a little more...
