Brake dust on calipers

Hi all, i own an AMG with red callipers (sprayed as I dislike the original silver callipers).

However, i realise that my callipers are always dirty and full of brake dusts. But when i look at brake callipers of Ferrari and Porsches, there are never dirty or full of brake dusts.

Understand that some may say it is due to carbon ceramic brakes, however, those Porsches and Ferrari are with steel brakes and they have very clean brake dusts.

Can anyone help me?

There are white ceramic brake pads that do not produce brake dust. Or lets say the dust is white and not visible. These brake pads are available for basically every car. Friends of mine had really positive experiences with these brake pads. No more dirty rims and brakes.
