Latest update
Hi All
Koenigsegg have sent us the latest update showing where they are up to with our One:1.
As you can see from the pictures below, our One:1 is really starting to take shape. All of those countless and painstakingly long hours putting all the small bits and pieces together are really paying off now.
Jens Sverdrup explains what has been happening with our One:1 over the last few weeks and also what happens next:
"The car is now on its final stages and will go through set up and test drive after Christmas. On station 2 it starts with a naked finished monocoque. Developed and built in house using several different types of Koenigseggs special recipe pre pre carbon fiber, utilizing aluminium honeycomb cores as well as divyncell cores and baking in EPDM for sound insulation and vibration damping in strategic areas.
On the production line we fit all ancillaries such as cooling, dry sump oil system, subframes, canbus based electronics, instrumentation brakes, engine, gearbox etc.
You can really see the car come to life on station 4 which is where the body panels are fitted to the car. The interior is nearing completion and will be fitted to the car shortly & the first test drive should be close."

Small amendment to the post above but can't for the life of me figure out how to edit it. I made a slight mistake as the car is actually at station 6 and not 4.
