done and done
extremely happy with the result, could not have hoped for anything better!

the ashtray lid is a bit of a nuisance with the fragile border and scratched surface but i don't care at this point. it and the left ac vent could use a repaint in the future, however their state is so fragile that i don't think it's worth the effort.
all in all i am so happy with the result and at night it looks BADASS!

on to the hood/boot struts, and only the motor for the headlight left

That looks clean! Any other plans for the car?

I'd 'jimmy' that ashtray lid with a black marker for a temp fix.

Great job on all the progress so far!

thank you, i really appreciate your motivation all along mate
- right now the car needs hood and boot struts.
- later on i will have to remove the front bumper to fix the motor of the right-hand-side headlight (it does not go up electronically, i am guessing something is jammed)
- will have to also take out the rear left wheel to address the cooling fan (can hear a sound from it and that is not cool for summer)
- 85% set on yellow calipers
- major service kit is on the list but i need to finish a clutch job on the 360 first

dude i have so many "to do" stuff it's really overwhelming

thanks, yeah i will probably try to do just that the ashtray lid AND the right-hand-side ac vent (the one i broke and superglued) could use a touch up

You always have something to do with your cars bro!
At least it's not a gear-changing problem
Yellow calipers = yes!
After the car is done you better make a little photoshoot! You owe us that much

haha thanks JT, it better be after the hours and effort put in
i think i'm done with the interior, the ac vents will not be repainted nor will the mirror switches + door levers

i have to juggle a few more cars and get stuff done before affording a day to drop the 355 off to get it detailed in and out looking forward to it
