2012 Lamborghini Gallardo 550-2 Spyder confirmed

You heard it here first, folks.

Lamborghini has confirmed that it will be producing its gorgeous Gallardo 550-2 in Spyder guise.

Not much has been revealed as yet, except it will hit the streets next year, and, Teamspeed is told that it will be "more demanding."

Also touted is the fact it will be a "more emotional and gratifying drive", and being based on the brilliant rear-wheel-drive coupe version, doesn't seem all that difficult to believe.

With one of the best sounding engines on the planet, running through the back wheels, and being an open top, you can expect owners of the 2012 Lamborghini Gallardo 550-2 Spyder to be finding more tunnels than ever before.

We'll update you with further details as they come to hand.

whats the big deal doesnt the gallardo already come in spyder form

the engine goes from 550 , 560 570, 2 wd, 4 wd, wtf
