Blue seat belt is available for 996 from factory. Not listed for 997. U can see if u can make them work though.

Eric (Plug Guy) has a reputation beyond repute

Porsche offers the following colors for 997 seatbelts:

Black
Red
Yellow
Silver

That's it. There are likely some aftermarket suppliers that may be able to get you that color. Maritime Blue used to be offered by the factory, but apparently no longer.

Not sure about Riviera, but you can try some other suppliers.
