Harry Winston Opus 12 Seeming as the forum has been quiet, i was so impressed with this i thought i'd spark up some chatter about this magnificent piece. To be honest HW have been releasing some ingenuitive and interesting pieces for quite a while but this one is simply phenomenal: http://storage.harrywinston.com/medi...b3-450x440.png http://storage.harrywinston.com/medi...b3-450x440.png http://www.independent-watchmakers.c...on-opus-12.jpg http://creep.ru/uploads/gallery/2012...ds-620x347.jpg http://i58.photobucket.com/albums/g2...s/hwopus12.jpg |
Agreed, it's a sharp looking watch. Sucks that I'm apparently too retarted to be able to tell time on it though. |
That looks like one hell of a complicated watch!!!! I likey |

Love Harry Winston! They look like they are used to calculate time in a dimension at right angles to our own. :D |
I love it for the complication and mechanical intricacy of what it is and does, but it's sort of a pain in the butt to actually read the time. I'd still rock one though, just to watch it tick. Same goes for just about every piece from Urwerk and MB&F. |
yup the Opus line is just toooo awesome, every yr for the past 12 hw has been collaborating with an independent watchmaker to come up with one of these. of note is that their first opus was with fp journe and they made one with greuberl forsey that is spectacular (all 12 pcs are in their own way) |
holy crap that is one hot watch! Buy it Josh! |
of the Entire OPUS series there have been 3 or 4 really great designs and they have continued (those pieces) to hold very good value. |
