What do you guys think of Seiko dive watches? I had a work/knockaround Seiko Ti that is about 10 years old and it finally quit. I was thinking of replacing it with the seiko diver's 100. Seems to be durable, obviously water resistant and will go well with either a polo or dress shirt. Automatic and cheap enough that it won't matter if it breaks. What do you think? (And yes I'm aware it looks a bit like a sub) http://www.skywatches.com.sg/seiko_d...ERSKX023K2.jpg |
Love the brand an the things they do... I picked a 007 up from eBay and one Mod'd from 10watches... Very well built What's your budget? |

Hi, I have a couple of Seiko watches and they have been faultless. No specific knowledge on the diving watches, but I would recommend the brand. Cheers, Nik |
Seiko makes a great dive watch. You might also want to look at the Invicta dive watches too. |

I can't wait for them to get here. Check out watchrecon.com and start searching for seiko. They're some great deals there to be had. I got both of mine LNIB for less than the price of a new one's MSRP |
Craiger, that thread (plus my Seiko dying) was what got me looking in the first place. Modding them though, these are under $200 watches, doesn't the modding cost more than the original? :D |
1 Attachment(s) I have a SKX007, great watch. $200-250 with the strap. |
I like seiko watches as well. I recently saw the seiko monster and it looks like a great dive watch with great lume (looking to buy one in the future.) I just purchased a Seiko Snn233 as a new daily watch and looking to add a leather strap like this one here. http://forums.watchuseek.com/attachm...lack-watch.jpg |
