Which should I choose?

GMT II... Hand's down!

I would immediately cross off the POC. There are lots of reported issues with the chrono movement in the PO. The regular PO is a rock star though.

I would probably get the Panerai or the PO.

If your interested in used...the IWC 500107 would be my vote.

I like the milgauss.

Whichever you like best looks wise. They all have their issues. Rolex are notoriously bad time keepers, evryone in my family has one and none are accurate. Omegas which I am a fan off are very precise but cost an arm and a leg when it is time to have them refinished. I regularly spend $1,500 -2,000 to have my wife's and my watches serviced and they are gone for 1-2 months.
