AP Rubber clad with Survivor's strap...
 
That's one thing that I wanted to do... even prior to getting the rubber clad, I was already buying the strap! LOL!
I think the AP Rubber clad is a massive watch and it's a lot "top heavy". I love it... but the taper on the ROO straps is too much for me. I'm used to Panerai straps and on my 1950 it goes from 26mm from the lugs to 26mm at the buckle.
The survivor strap was what I needed. It tapers to 24mm, the watch feels secured and it looks awesome.
