Here are some detail shots of my new (to me) Omega Railmaster XXL. As mentioned before, this watch is a full 49mm across the widest part of the case, not including the crown. I have admired its simple, classic design since first seeing one a while back. Given that my rather large wrists make normal size dressy watches that run in the 38mm range look comically small, I felt this was the perfect dress watch for me. I've been wearing it since it came in yesterday and for such a large watch, it is surprsingly light, especially considering I have been used to wearing a Rolex DSSD which is a complete tank of a timepiece.

The quality and detail on this watch are simply stunning. I love the arrow hands and simple design of the face. The brown croc strap and deployant clasp and nice touches as well.

Please excuse the crappy Canon Powershot pics.

^I'll see if I can take some better pics. The huge size of the piece plus the large view-back case back give a great window to its movement, which is spectacular to say the least.

Your iPhone will capture that much better than a camera will. Ask me how I know.

Great piece, love how the IWC crystal takes light and gives it a blue tint when it refracts, works great with the blue hands and numbers.
