I prefer how Hublot uses the actual weave and structure of CF on their faces and cases.
I'm not a big fan of AP's method. They chop up the CF and melt it into a mold. This is a similar to the process used in plastics and defeats the purpose.

Wore my AP to the beach accidentally. Not a good situation. Small sand particles all jammed up to the rubber piece beneath the bezel. Cant imagine what servicing is gonna cost.
