Tiffany men's watch

I can't seem to find the name of this piece--I've had it for several years. Retail was ~$2000. Needs a good buffing. Taking offers.

^ Yep. Runs fine, always has. Uh, it's got a battery, is that what you mean? Time is still spot on and I haven't touched it in months.

Looks like it's 13.5cm...?
