i assume per person. not too bad i guess all things considered. I am pretty sure my brother who lives in Taipei would refuse to go if a place was charging 10,000 NT for two even if I was paying for it. Imagine spending 2K USD for a meal in the U.S., a lot of people would not be able to stomach it even if they didn't have to pay for it. |
