Fair point about the touching part but lay someone´s fat ass on the car hood that goes off the limits.

This time violence is justified, is the best way to teach someone not sit on others cars! lol

Year I couldn't believe it when I saw him sitting there. And if it was a child I could kind a understand it... ( and it would have been the father or mother being kicked ) but a grown man around 30 years...

When you are so egoistic, that you only care about yourself because you want some cool pictures for your Facebook, then you need to learn a lesson.

By the way... he only hurt himself no really harm happened to him. I could have kicked him much harder, but that was not necessary.

The mexican version of your "get off my car" involves 2-4 bodyguards armed with collapsable batons and a nice 9mm for that important intimidation factor lol

No mercy!

P.S. Why not ask permission to the owner!? Shows that your a civilized and educated person.

The French Rivera. The truth.

Here in this thread you have all seen the nice automotive exotics & super yachts in Monaco, pop stars shopping in Nice, the beautiful supermodels - female movie stars at the Film Festival in Cannes and the azure blue water at the surrounding beaches of St.-Tropez. But under the surface, everything is quite different from what it appears to be....

The French Riviera is definitively not what it used to be. Follow this series, to learn about what is really going on....It's called ...."The French Rivera. The truth."

The threat from the inside
Pampelonne, St.Tropez

Oh no French politicians are just the worst, they have a looooon track list.....here is another example.....making things even worse as the crises was not all ready enough...

Saint Tropez: Major restructuring plans could forever change the coast

A decision looms for Pampelonne

Pampelonne beach could be drastically changed if plans to restructure the coastline are approved. After years of debate, commissioners are now looking at development plans that aim to increase tourism along the iconic strip of coastline, while maintaining the natural environment. Local businesses, however, fear that they will be the biggest losers if the new plan goes ahead.

The current scheme proposes to re-establish a dune along the beach, on what will be publicly owned land. This means that any buildings or facilities within the area will be demolished. There are also plans to reduce the number of businesses on the beach from 27 to 23. The space allocated to buildings will fall to less than 8,200 square metres and anything above 8,909 square metres will be destroyed.

The proposition has outraged many business owners along Pampelonne. Led by the Var Trade and Hotel Industry Union and the National Federation of Beach Restaurants, employers say they are worried that their livelihoods are in danger because four private beaches, restaurants or bars will close if the scheme goes ahead.

The group also claims that the restructure will threaten 800 jobs, affecting the lives of around 4,000 residents in the area. Businesses, who will be forced to apply for new tenders once the scheme gets underway, fear they could lose out to international competitors. They argue the existing buildings pose no threat to the environment and that there is no scientific basis to the restructure plans.

According to the president of the Var Trade and Hotel Industry Union, Jean-Pierre Ghiribelli, businesses on the beach are "the driving force of tourism in the Var". Meanwhile, there is concern among some politicians that the scheme could endanger the economy of Pampelonne.

A number of alternative proposals have already been put forward. They include reducing the need for car parks by providing transport for tourists, and using natural and recyclable materials in the various businesses along the beach.

A redevelopment scheme has been discussed since May 2006, but it's been repeatedly delayed due to a lack of agreement between the prefecture of the Var and local businesses. The first official plan was put forward three years ago but failed to get the go ahead because it didn't have the necessary environmental evaluation. The latest plan was put out for public consultation in March and closed in mid-July.

The results of the consultation will be examined by three commissioners. Despite the opposition, President of the commissioners Roger Harang said there has been less feedback than expected. "In total, 300 people have come forward, individually or in groups. But that's not a lot," he said, as quoted in Nice Matin. "Many are foreigners, attached to the beach as it is now." Pampelonne is legendary among the beaches of the Côte d'Azur and attracts up to 30,000 visitors a day during the high season. With its soft sand and stunning scenery, it has established itself as one of Europe's top destinations for beachgoers. In 2007, the annual turnover of businesses in the area was estimated at 39 million euros.

Its prestigious reputation means the beach now occupies a paradoxical legal position. It falls under the Coastal Law, which states that the beach is a 'natural, remarkable space' that must not be tampered with. However, France's 10th State Plan 1989-1992 recognises the beach as a World Tourism Centre due to the huge number of visitors it attracts each year. Therefore, there is a need to protect the natural beauty of Pampelonne, as well as develop its tourism potential.

But the beach is also exempt from the Coastal Law thanks to an amendment made in December 2000, which allows for a future development scheme if it protects the environment. Finding a plan that fits the legal requirements while satisfying tourists, beachgoers and businesspeople has proved challenging, acknowledges the mayor of Ramatuelle, Roland Bruno.

Interesting reading about a spectacular robbery and the TOTAL lack of REAL security from these Arabic amateurs.... they did not even put up a fight.

Captured on camera… but not by police: Footage shows audacious Pink Panther robber terrifying hotel staff with handgun during £88MILLION Cannes gems raid

A thief pointed a handgun at staff at the Carlton Hotel in Cannes last July. He was in and out of the hotel with a hoard of jewellery in under 30 seconds. The famous hotel was holding an exhibition of the valuable Chopard jewellery. The jewels belonged to London-based Israeli billionaire Lev Leviev. Police have so far been unable to apprehend the robber behind the heist.

It was a brazen daylight heist that saw a lone raider make off with jewels worth around £88million from the French RIviera's most glamorous hotel and which has left detectives clueless. And months on, the first CCTV images of a daring heist at the Carlton Hotel in Cannes have emerged as police still hunt the culprit.

Staff are pictured cowering in terror as the gunman, dressed in shorts and a dark baseball cap strolls into the hotel, threatens security guards and walks out with a haul of extraordinarily expensive Chopard jewellery. The robbery, one of the biggest jewel heists in history, is over in less than 30 seconds.

The CCTV images were published by French newspaper Nice Matin after police finally agree to publish them in an effort to catch the thief. The jewels, which belonged to London-based Israeli billionaire Lev Leviev, had been due to go on display at the luxury hotel when the man walked in through open patio doors.

The footage shows staff unpacking necklaces, rings and brooches as three "security guards" (Arabic wannabies with no skills or courage) stand nearby, one of them pacing the room. One of the guards begins to move from his spot presumably having seen the thief enter through the doors but stops in his tracks and puts his hands up when the man points a handgun at him. The guard cowers on the floor as the thief makes his way around display cabinets and threatens other security staff.

He points his weapon at two workers unpacking the jewels before taking a bag and display tray full of jewels. The man then calmly walks back across the room and through the same set of patio doors with his haul. He made off on foot through the exclusive Promenade de la Croisette which stretches a mile and a half along the Cannes seafront.

[B]Police say that they were not aware that the jewels were due to go on display at the hotel and that exhibitors normally inform them of such a high value display. (a REAL security company would have notified the police)

In a bitter irony, the Carlton is the setting for Alfred Hitchcock’s 1955 film To Catch A Thief, a romantic thriller starring Grace Kelly and Cary Grant about a jewel thief operating in the Riviera. At the time experts linked the raid to the infamous Pink Panther group after several members of the group escaped from jail in the period before it took place.

According to Interpol, the Pink Panthers gained notoriety by targeting luxury watch and jewellery stores in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the United States, netting more than £380million.

Organised gangs frequently target boutiques and hotels in and around Cannes.

1. In last May, jewellery worth £1million was stolen from a hotel safe during the annual Cannes Film Festival. An unnamed American woman working for Chopard, the Swiss jeweller and festival sponsor, was keeping the items in her second-floor room at the Cannes Novotel. Chopard had 40 staff at Cannes who tried to persuade stars to wear its products.

2. A few days later a necklace worth £1.6million vanished after a festival party in the neighbouring resort town of Cap d’Antibes.

Just days after the audacious raid at the Carlton, robbers armed with guns and grenades carried out another raid on a luxury watch boutique yeards from the hotel.

3. The following month watches worth thousands of pounds were taken when staff at the Hyatt Regency Palais de la Mediterranee hotel in Nice after a gang of armed men threatened staff.

4. And in September, a raider was allegedly shot dead by the owner of an upmarket gold and watch store in Nice after armed men ordered him to open the safe. He gave chase as they made their getaway and reportedly shot one of the men dead in the street outside. (This story is covered here at page 85 "Armed robber shot dead in street 'by owner of jewellery store he had just raided at gunpoint")

The 343-room InterContinental Carlton is a favourite of the stars, and is considered the ‘celebrity HQ’ during the film festival. In August 1994, three men firing machine guns burst into the Carlton and robbed its jewellery store. Later, it was discovered the gang were firing blanks.

There have been several high-profile jewellery thefts in Europe this year, including one at Brussels airport in February which saw £32million worth of diamonds taken.

The biggest-ever diamond heist was at Schiphol airport in Amsterdam in 2005.
Dressed in stolen uniforms belonging to the Dutch airline KLM and driving a stolen KLM van, thieves hijacked an armoured truck containing uncut diamonds worth an estimated £50million. They have never been recovered.
