Yes on queuing. Very important to keep the music going so there's no lag. Lag is a definite mood killer
I prefer to have thousands of songs in a hard disk and the ability to add to it.
Any ideas come to mind?

Look for a 500g hard drive machine on ebay. Only Hdd system queues. Look for number of English songs as most karaoke machine has Asian songs.
