Jaymoney and his awesome McLaren 12C Spider

In just a few weeks we will "spring-forward" setting our clocks one hour ahead, helping us here in the cold northeast realize the thaw is coming sooner then later. One Teamspeed member I know that can't wait for the warmer weather is our friend Jaymoney, who recently took delivery of one the sexiest cars on the planet today. Just look at this stunning bit of "Orange" kit! (Sorry for the British slang but I have admittedly been watching way to much Top Gear on BBC.) Wow, is the only word I can seem to get out looking at these fantastic photos.

Look closely at this 12C and you'll see this is no ordinary spider. Working closely with our good friends at McLaren Philadelphia, Jay specially ordered his topless mac with lots of "Special-opps" bits, and they set off a perfect blend of exclusivity without going over the top, no pun intended.

So without further aduie, I present you with Mr. March and a very drool-worthy 12C Spider!

Many thanks. I drove this car 100 miles on Sunday with the top down. It was 42 degrees. Everything feels right from he driver position. There is so much available to you in terms of power and control and I am on winter tires right now. I can't wait until the weather brakes and I get some proper rubber on this car.

The home in the pictures is not mine. But I will say that there is a room there for me. It is an historic mansion near the dealership that once operated as a metal hospital. McLaren Philadelphia arranged the photo shoot. They have been a true pleasure. This home serves as the venue for a British car show every year and I am hopeful to be part of the '13 event. It was a great day and an excellent experience. Having pro-shots of your car for something like this is very cool; kind of like watching your kid win an award.
