For those that want to know the latest update on the Fisker Karma

Got this letter from Henrik Fisker. Just wanted to share it.

Dear Mr. Nguyen,

As we get closer to the actual start of production for the Karma, I'd like to personally thank you for being a pioneering member of the Fisker family. I'd also like to share with you some of our milestones as a new, major force in the automotive industry and let you know what's on the road ahead.

Much has been accomplished in the past two years that I'd like to share with you.

First, to create the Fisker Karma we have assembled a talented team of industry veterans at our global headquarters in Irvine California, established partnerships with Tier I suppliers, chosen a world class manufacturing facility and applied for more than 50 patents.

At the same time we have appointed a network of independent distributors worldwide and a North American retailer network with a proven track record of customer satisfaction.

We just returned from the 80th International Motor Show in Geneva where we debuted our aluminum space frame, which incorporates new levels of rigidity and strength that will provide you with world-class ride and handling characteristics. The space frame included our lithium battery that will be supplied by A123. The strategic partnership between Fisker Automotive and A123 delivers a competitive advantage in battery integration and safety.

We also introduced the Fisker Karma, the world's first premium plug-in hybrid vehicle.

Early this summer we'll unveil our all new interactive website and car configurator. The design and functionality truly reflect the passion and innovation of Fisker, and we can't wait for you to experience the site, where you'll be able to customize the options and features of
your Karma.

Shortly, we will be introducing you to your local retailer, who will deliver your vehicle to you. Some Fisker deposit holders have inquired about production schedules, and I wanted to let you know we are as eager to get your car to you as you are to receive it! A few vehicles will roll off the assembly line at Valmet in Finland in third and fourth quarter of this year. Beginning in January 2011 we will start building the vehicles you will specify with your local retailer.

The start date for production was delayed due to finalizing funding, which I am happy to say has been completed. Everything is on track with the engineering and production of the Karma.

Some of you have asked about receiving more detailed technical information, so I wanted to also let you know that you will be among the first to receive the information that will be released closer to the start of production. The reason for this is that we must maintain our competitive advantage, and as we are still in the patent filing process, the information must remain confidential at this time. We will, however, be communicating more regularly with you as we move forward.

On behalf of the entire team here at Fisker, I want to thank you for traveling on this journey with us. I'll be in contact with you again soon to let you know more about the exciting features of your Fisker Karma, and to keep you aware of important developments.

Thanks again and be in touch with you soon,

Henrik Fisker
CEO

Latest email from Henrik Fisker (CEO)

Dear Ted,

With the passing of every month, anticipation and excitement grow at Fisker headquarters in Irvine, CA. This month we're sharing a special overview of the pure, sustainable materials and technologies integrated throughout the design of your Fisker Karma.

Our design philosophy emphasizes that purity translates to every element of the Fisker. Throughout the development process, we drew inspiration from nature's harmonious balance in every element of the car's design.

When sculpting the fine lines and curves of the Karma's sleek form, we reflected on the long, sweeping cuts of sand dunes shaped by centuries of weather systems for a pure, clean styling inspired by natural flows.

For sourcing environmentally conscious and sustainable materials, if we felt the existing technologies didn't meet our exacting standards, we developed new, superior approaches that resulted in several proprietary designs. One of these unique technologies is the world's largest

continuous solar panel roof for an automobile. This beautiful, sculptural form captures the power of the sun to help power the Karma. We champion these pure designs throughout the vehicle, from paint that uses recycled glass chips to tires that use recycled rubber.

Our pursuit of pure design also led us to creating one of the most sustainable and accountable interiors in automotive history.

To process the leather for the Karma's interior we use a 100% sust- ainable manufacturing strategy that results

in the highest efficiency yield in the industry. This process is conducted at the world's first energy self-sufficient, closed-loop leather manufacturing plant where both gas and electricity are generated on-site from by-products of the leather making process.

We also wanted to give the Karma's interior wood wings and accents a unique, sustainable touch, so we sourced certified fallen, sunken and rescued wood to create a luxurious sensory experience inspired
by nature.

Our sunken white oak was sourced from the bottom of Lake Michigan, a remnant of the logging industry in the late 1800's that will find new life in our EcoStandard and EcoSport options. We also sourced rescued walnut burl and red elm that survived the Orange County, CA fires in 2007 for use in our EcoChic models. We even went so far as to source certified naturally fallen mahogany for use in our EcoSport edition.

Our unwavering commitment to purity throughout the Fisker Karma reflects our

dedication to introducing sustainability and accountability to luxurious automotive design.

That is pure Fisker design.

We'll keep you abreast of upcoming news and reveal more breathtaking features in the messages to come.

Thanks again and be in touch with you soon,

Henrik Fisker
CEO
