Form 1 and Form 4 are in the mail!

So if you like guns you know what these two forms are. Now the wait begins.

Here are the details. The Form 1 is for a SBR (short barrel rifle) I am building. It will be a 12.5" on a Larue billet upper and lower.

The Form 4 is for an AAC M4-2000 Suppressor.

I think my wait is going to be roughly 4 months. This is going to be BRUTAL!!!

Nice!

Some day when we are out of this democrat anti constitution hell hole called California, I would love to get something that requires these forms.

I would love to get these things and not require the forms.

Hate to be the bearer of bad news but.........the ATF has quoted 12 months total turn around for all forms (dealer to consumer) filed from January on out. This is as a result of them currently being 6 months backlogged and no additionally staffing in sight. I hope your wait is less but we are seeing 6 months currently in TX.

I know, 4 months was being optimistic. 6 months is probably more like it.

Well Guys!! After almost 6 months to the day, here is what I got to bring home! The build changed a little bit from what I started out with.

A few Stats:

AAC SDN-6 7.62mm Supressor
LaRue Tactical Upper and Lower
Noveske 10.5" 300 Blackout Barrel
Spike's Tactical Nickel Boron Coated Bolt
Giselle 3-Gun Trigger
LaRue Tactical 7" Handguard

This thing is an absolute blast!! I put a few hundred rounds through it this past weekend.

My gosh, once you attach the supressor it looks about the same length as a typical 16" barrel?

crazy1323 09-05-2012 07:50 PM

It probably is the same length actually. But imagine how big it would be with the suppressor attached to a 16" barrel!
