Ar15???? I am new to the AR15 fan club. Any of you guys want to give me some insight on these 2 rifles? I am interested in the Les Baer Police Special 16" and the Sig 556. Both are considered great off the shelf rifles. I know you can probably build a better, cheaper one but I am not interested in doing that. Do not want to spend over $2K either. Thanks! |
I'd recommend LMT, Colt, or Noveske over those rifles. All can be had for under $2,000. |

Why not the Sig? |
The Sig is DAMN righteous. And it is a piston driven mechanism. Another one to consider is Robinson Arms. |
I sent a message about the group buy - let me know. I also have an FFL for Texas, if that is any help. Thanks, Gregg |
Buy the Sig. Get the SWAT version if you can. Great guns. Les Baer is great too. 1/2 MOA guaranteed out of the box I think. |

The Sig looks like a killer deal for what you get. I have no experience with them however. I do notice they are always a better value. |
