CLS 63 AMG or F10 M5
Guys... i am planning to get a super-sedan again but i cant decide if i should get a cls63 or a m5. I mean, both are awesome in terms of power and g-force pleasure. Both has a different look but they are beautiful for me. i am basically indifference between them but i do not see a point of having 2 cars that give me similar pleasure in my garage.
When i test drove the m5, i purposely drove past a mercedes dealership and i feel like i want a cls63 instead but when i drove the cls63 and did the same, i want a m5. This is so annoying.
Hope someone can advice me.

The M5 has either DCT or 6 speed gearbox.
The CLS 63 is still a slushbox since for whatever reason AMG will not put the DCT in their SLS in any of their other cars.
On this alone I would get the M5. I like being able to tell the car what gear I want to be in.
But if you are just going to leave the DCT in D, then I am sure the CLS 63 will be just fine.

The M5 is the only German car in the U.S. that offers that in the particular market segment.

That is not an easy choice at all. The M5 is not even on the streets yet so how can you decide for sure till you actually drive it. I am assuming you did not drive the new M5 since its not available yet.
The Cls is a monster and can not be written off very easily.
But if I was deciding, I would have to consider a slightly used PTT which would be at the same price point. The PTT is much faster and handles much better.
Looks like you have 2 badass luxury sport sedans already, flying spur and quattroporte.
So is this new car going to be in addition to those. If so, it seems redundant. Why not go for something totally different???
