There are several in CA and I am sure more are on the way. The problem is that if your friend drives one he will have to buy it. I bet you could call Rossion for a reference in your area who may be willing/eager to show the car.

There is a resale market. Check out the resales of Nobles. They are not easy to come by. It's not like finding a three year old carrara with certain options in a particular color.

My friend has one. I wouldn't call it a Kit Car but I wouldn't classify it in the league of a 430, 458, gallardo etc. It's in a class of it's own. I definitely would not call it a supercar. Not really sure what I would call it.
Overall the fit and finish is pretty decent, but the interior is lacking IMO. It has a fair amount of interior room given the tiny exterior. I can't even come close to fitting in a gallardo coupe but I did manage to squeeze into the Rossion.
