I haven't been to the New York International Auto Show yet this year - today is the first day open to the public.

Half of the guys from Universal are there now. I'm leaving in a little while to go there.

They were all set up a few days ago for Wednesday and Thursday - which were press days.

But there was a car that was supposed to be delivered to Universal earlier this week. It didn't make it here, because of customs and delivery - it was about 12 hours behind schedule.

So the driver, as instructed, brought it straight to the Javits Center. I was looking forward to seeing it the other day, but since it never made it here, today will be my first time seeing it.

It's a CCX ...R.

Black with red interior, red front splitter, red rear diffuser - supposedly it looks pretty sick.

So if anyone's in town and wants to see a CCXR, go to the Auto Show. Hell, if you go today, you might even see me! That's some sort of a bonus, right...? :)
