Bummed to see that RVP leaving the gunners is basically a foregone conclusion. I hoped to see him there and see that club develop into something. Yaya and drogba going to la liga would be interesting. I love this time of year. |

I'm actually ok with Capello for a year, but not longer than that. I think he's a good coach, just no personality, and not really the right for Chelsea if Roman wants attacking football. |

My thoughts on what will happen over the summer transfer period: Dependent on this evenings' result, a win to me means that Di Matteo deserves to be made permanent in his current position. If Chelsea lose, I think Capello will be the right man for the job. I think Arsenal will struggle to hold onto RVP, I don't think RVP would go to another Premier Leauge side out of respect to Arsenal but I do think he would move to Barca or RM. City will probably watch the Euros closely and buy whoever plays the best in the tournament, just because they can... I can see United buying Bale, he'd be an identical replacement for Giggs and I believe would fit in really well at United. As a Liverpool supporter, I just don't know what will happen this summer. I'm intrigued to see who FSG are going to bring into the club on a management basis and would LOVE for Rafa to come back. FSG have always said their aim is Champions League football and Rafa would definitely be the right man for the job, IMO. I shall put my crystal ball away now...:lol: |
