Derek Fisher and Robert Horry are better clutch players than LBJ. That fact stands until proven otherwise. It will take years of LBJ making big shots in finals series to prove otherwise so spare your arguments now, and get back to doing whatever it is you do while staring at pictures of LBJ little man.
Take your Laker glasses off.

Sure, Lebron does not have as many clutch shots as your boy Kobe, but the whole topic is blown out of proportion. Lebron has his fair share of game winners in the playoffs. He's had no problem closing out games this post-season.

Here's one, in-case you forgot . . .

^Exactly what I've been trying to explain.

BigE doesn't think dominating the 4th quarter or the last several minutes of the 4th quarter counts. He is only concerned about game winning shots.

Also, 1:34 in that video.

Btw, in case anyone missed it from the last page: http://www.82games.com/gamewinningshots.htm

hahaha you finnaly speak up when someone agree's with you... up until this playoff season (Miami was 1-19 in games where the were tied or down by 3 or less with under 2 minutes) LeBron was very well known as a guy who was NOT clutch... He still is NOT the go to guy for the last shot in the game on his own team (Wade would get that duty). He has however played very well in the 4th quarter of the playoff's this year which is a postivive, but still FAR from a clutch player... So those who say take off your "laker/Jordan glasses" I say "remove your head from LeBron's crotch" and actually watch how he has "fumbled up" more in the last 30 seconds than he has "closed" (go back to game 5 against the Celtics when he made a bone-headed behind the back dribble which he lost with a chance to WIN the game).

Crab dribble Crab dribble........

oh and DOMINATE and CLUTCH are two very differnt words!

Regular season doesn't matter. Playoffs are where the real players are separated from the posers.

Lebron has earned his CLUTCH credentials this playoffs.

Remember this game winning shot with one second left on the clock.

.....

Denying Lebrons talent is foolhardy. Is he in the same conversation as MJ and Kobe? He has to have more that talent. That's the part he has to prove by winning championships.

you guys crack me up. Why can't you wrap your heads around the fact that LBJ has not had year after year of finals heroics on his resume, and MJ, Magic, Bird, Kareem and Kobe have. Many years from now, maybe he will, maybe he won't. Time will tell.

Until then please stop trying to anoint the new King of the NBA. The egomaniac has already named himself King, and history has not shown him to be the King by any standard or measure. At least not yet.

Here is another thing for you to consider. Like Shaq, LBJ's game is based around being an athletic freak, not pure basketball talent. When his athletic skills diminish, so will his game. He is not anywhere near the pure player MJ, Kobe, Magic, Bird or Kareem are, nor will they ever get to that level.

Several years ago Kobe was forced to eat a very large slice of humble pie. LBJ is going to need to eat an even bigger slice of that same pie.

Really? 1 post season and he is now clutch? Why wasn't he like that with Cleveland... Who is arguing his talent? Y'all treat him like he is a god! Clutch is Jordan,Kobe,Dfish,Horry,Manu,Reggie miller.... Lebron is not there yet and their isn't anything wrong with that.

I hope you're not talking to me.. I've been saying the same thing for probably 20+ pages now whether someone has agreed with me or not.

All of the elite players in the league get away with traveling, among other things, on a regular basis. MJ did too. Are you new to the NBA?

I personally haven't ever said that Lebron is a great last-shot taker. I've even said (probably 3 posts ago) that last shots aren't his game. He himself has said that jump-shooting isn't his game, that he is more effective in the paint (lest we forget he's a FORWARD). What makes him dominant and clutch is his ability to make big shots and create plays for his teammates on consistently down the stretch of close games.

Also, you must have missed this:

NBA Game Winning Shots -- leading players

He's not the best player for the job, but he shoots a better percentage than your boy Kobe.
