Ok guys lets talk whiskey.

I have been drinking this stuff lately > Buffalo Trace-Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey

It's pretty good stuff. very smooth, lots of nice flavors. great on it's own, or used in a drink. My local shop actually took a trip and hand selected three different distillations that are exclusive to their shop (cool chit).

Open for discussion, who has tried it (BT), what's your fav, etc. Im a bit of a whiskey fan, with very little prejudice. Scotch, Irish, American - whatever. as long as it is something to be enjoyed I am open.

I will have to order a bottle of this and try it. I am a big fan of Knob Creek, and JD single barrel. Of course, JWB is a fave. :D

Had some of The Balvenie 50 year on Christmas Eve...man is that smooth..

I drink Canadian Club but havent really tryed much else, havent seen that brand down in Australia,

Errr . . . drink a lot of bourbon, usually Knob Creek or Makers Mark. Enjoy a variety of scotch as well, from Johnny Walker Black to MaCallan and Glenlivet. Had some MaCallan 12 last night that tasted pretty damn good.

we drink lots of:
-Glenfiddich 12
-MaCallan 10/12
-Glenmorangie
-Smokehead (dad likes the really peaty shit)

Personally i like the MaCallan 10. Its 63$ at the LCBO (welcome to canada) and isn't quite as smooth as the 12, but great taste/value.

Haven't had anything more expensive than JD Single Barrel.

I usually go through a bottle of Fleishmann every evening.
