That is nice. My local Porsche mechanic has a 1977 911s with only 25k miles for sale. These low mile cars are getting extremely rare to find.

Nice. Looks like you took the photos before the H4s went on.

It has sport seats too, is that on the CoA or was it added later in life? Regardless, they're worth mentioning :)
