993 rim/tire size

New to this Forum, so hope I make sense here. Recently acquired a 1997 993 C2. Wow a great car ! Wondering what max size tire/ rim I can put on the car if I go to 18s. It currently has factory 17"x 9" in front 17"x 10" rear.
Thanks in advance for any advise.
