a 22' Donzi (Classic) will do about 70 on the nose with a 496HO and Captains call exauhst.

In the same look/style but in outboard, a 22' Progression will do about the same speed with a 225promax or 85+ with a 300x

What you want to do with it?

Nordic (Lake Havasu) makes a couple of hot rods in that size: 21 Crossfire is an outboard performance vee; 21 SR is a ski racing vee bottom boat (I saw video of one with a Merc 1200SCi pulling a skier at over 120 mph!). At a lower price point, Checkmate makes some capable performace hulls.
